All bookings made through our Service are processed via Stripe, a third-party payment provider. While we facilitate the booking process, Connect House DC does not directly handle or store your payment information.
By proceeding with a booking, you authorize Stripe to process the payment according to its own Terms and Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.
Guests may cancel their bookings up to 14 days prior to the scheduled check-in date for a full refund. Cancellations made after this period may not be eligible for a refund.
Guests must comply with all posted rules and guidelines during their stay. This includes, but is not limited to:
No smoking in the premises
No unauthorized guests
No excessive noise
No damage to property
Failure to follow these rules may result in penalties, including removal from the property without refund.
Use of the Service and any booked property is at your own risk. Connect House DC is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur during your stay, whether to you or your property. You agree to hold us harmless from any claims arising from your use of the Service or the accommodations booked.
All content, branding, logos, and other materials displayed on the Service are the intellectual property of Connect House DC and may not be used without permission.
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for any third-party content, policies, or practices.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the District of Columbia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
